Clinical Testing kits are provided as a courtesy. There is no charge when ordering kits.
Kits sent within the U.S. and Canada will include pre-paid return postage.
Kits sent internationally will not include pre-paid return postage.
Kits are only for use with PreventionGenetics tests.

Kit requests may take up to 1 week for delivery. If your needs are urgent please select expedited shipping. If you require more than 10 kits, or if you have any other questions, please provide details below in the comments section. If your patient has had a bone marrow transplant or recent blood transfusion, this kit type may not be recommended. Please contact us for further details.

We do not offer prenatal or tissue collection kits at this time.

Standard

Standard kit delivery (within the U.S.) is 5 business days.

Expedited

Expedited kit delivery (within the U.S.) is 2 business days. If you need STAT or rapid testing, please use this shipping method for urgent requests. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CT will be shipped the next business day.
