I’m unable to locate a test I previously ordered. Has it been discontinued?
While some predefined tests have been removed, tests covering the same intended use remain available. Our custom panel tool also allows users to build a panel that replicates prior orders if a suitable predefined option is not available.
Our account managers and support team are available to assist in identifying appropriate predefined tests or guiding you through the custom panel tool.
Why do the test descriptions appear different?
We have standardized our test descriptions to ensure consistency across the test menu. The Clinical Overview and Test Specifications sections now offer more clear and transparent information.
Why is pricing no longer visible?
Pricing remains accessible when users are logged into their myPrevent portal account and non-contracted prices will now carry through to the portal order for a more seamless experience.
How do I register for a portal account?
Registration is straightforward. Click the “Login” button at the top right of the website, then select “Sign Up” under the “Don’t have an account?” section. Complete the form, verify your email, and gain full access to the portal.
If preferred, a representative in your area can schedule a walkthrough of the new website and portal features and help you set up an account.
Turnaround times look different. What has changed?
We have transitioned from listing average turnaround times to providing a turnaround time range. This change offers clinicians a more accurate expectation of when reports will be available.
