  • Individuals with need for a rapid result in an ongoing pregnancy for any of the following reasons:
    • Abnormal fetal ultrasound findings
    • Abnormal noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) screening
    • Abnormal maternal serum screening
    • Advanced maternal age
    • Any individual undergoing invasive prenatal testing
    • Family history of balanced rearrangement for the detection of an unbalanced rearrangement
  • Evaluation of stillbirth, neonatal deaths, and spontaneous pregnancy loss
