  • Individuals with relevant features who have a clinical or suspected diagnosis of neurofibromatosis type 1 or Legius syndrome
  • Individuals with multiple café au lait macules but no other clinical manifestations
  • Individuals who have a family member with presumed neurofibromatosis type 1 or Legius syndrome without previous genetic testing
  • Individuals without access to the specific variant information for a family member who has genetically-confirmed neurofibromatosis type 1 or Legius syndrome
