  • Family members of a patient with an identified gene-centric CNV who want to know their carrier or predisposition status or to determine phasing in the patient
  • Individuals with genetic disorders mainly caused by copy number variants (CNVs) in a small number of genes
  • Individuals with presumed autosomal recessive disorders for whom previous DNA sequencing detected only one pathogenic variant
