Kit requests may take up to 1 week for delivery. If your needs are urgent please select expedited shipping. If your patient has had a bone marrow transplant or recent blood transfusion, this kit type may not be recommended. Please contact us for further details.
We do not offer prenatal or tissue collection kits at this time.
Blood specimens are always preferred as they provide the highest quality and quantity DNA for testing. If blood is not possible, saliva is preferred. Due to lower quantity and quality DNA, requests for second specimens or delayed testing can occur with buccal specimens. Please also consider patient age and ability when deciding between buccal and saliva.
Standard kit delivery (within the U.S.) is 5 business days.
Expedited kit delivery (within the U.S.) is 2 business days. If you need STAT or rapid testing, please use this shipping method for urgent requests. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CT will be shipped the next business day.
