PreventionGenetics is now offering a combined DNA Banking and Clinical Testing service. Receive long-term, secure DNA storage for only $69 when any clinical test is ordered. Ensure that adequate DNA is available for future testing. Save substantially on shipping and phlebotomy costs. Simply order Test #500 (DNA Banking) in addition to any Clinical DNA Test on the Test Requisition form. A PreventionGenetics DNA Banking Agreement will need to be completed by the patient (available from this section of our web site). Two, 10 ml blood tubes are preferred for the combined DNA Banking/Clinical Testing compared to the single, 5 ml tube required for most Clinical Tests. Whenever possible, the completed DNA Banking Agreement should accompany the specimens and Test Requisition form.
