aCGH Project Requirements

All array comparative genomic hybridization analyses are performed on the NimbleGen platform. We have the ability to run any of the current NimbleGen array designs (for humans) as well as custom targeted arrays, designed to any specification.

For all aCGH projects, we require a minimum of 2.5µg of total DNA per sample. If available, please submit all samples with gender identification.
